Founded on November 18, 2011, Medcore Plus Enterprises is a Philippine-based distributor of medical devices, dialysis equipment, healthcare consumables, and technical support services. For more than a decade, Medcore has built strong partnerships with hospitals, dialysis centers, Local Government Units (LGUs), government healthcare institutions, and private healthcare providers across the country. Medcore Leadership Team
As the Founder, President, and General Manager of Medcore Plus Enterprises, Norman Leal Pobre has led the company since its establishment in 2011. His vision of providing quality healthcare solutions has shaped Medcore into a trusted partner of hospitals, dialysis centers, Local Government Units (LGUs), and healthcare institutions throughout the Philippines. Under his leadership, the company continues to grow through innovation, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Rhea May Miranda Quiroz – began her journey with Medcore as the Head of Accounting and Finance. Through her dedication, expertise, and leadership, she advanced to the role of Vice President. She now helps oversee the company’s strategic direction, supports operational growth, and works closely with different departments to ensure Medcore continues to provide excellent service to its partners and clients.
Eduard Atienza – leads the Dialysis Department, overseeing operational activities related to dialysis solutions and services. He coordinates with service providers, supports healthcare facilities, and works closely with Local Government Units (LGUs) and other partners to help ensure the successful implementation of projects and the delivery of quality healthcare solutions.
Chino Carlo Duldulao – oversees Medcore’s Sales and Marketing Department, leading the sales team and Business Development Managers (BDMs). He is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that Medcore’s products and services effectively meet the needs of healthcare providers across the country.
Donyell Pobre – leads the Human Resources Department, fostering a workplace culture centered on professionalism, collaboration, and employee development. He oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives that support Medcore’s mission of delivering quality healthcare solutions through its people.
